Potato Brown


Today's sizzling food is inspired from Hash Brown recipe and the name of this recipe is “Potato Brown”. It's making method quite same as Hash Brown recipe. Hash brown are a staple breakfast food (at dinner in north America) but potato brown treat  as a snacks. You can easily cook this racipe by common ingredients. It’s healthy, tasty & so easy recipe. Let’s start without wastage any time. 

Potatoes are one of the richest sources of starch, vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. 100 g provides 70 calories, however, they contain very little fat (just 0.1 g per100 g) and no cholesterol. Recent studies at Agricultural research service (by plant genetics scientist Roy Navarre) suggests that flavonoid antioxidant, quercetin present in potatoes has anti-cancer and cardio-protective properties.

Eggs are nutrient dense and fit within a balanced and healthy diet whether you’re eating them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even as a snack. The egg is one of the most complete and versatile foods available. It consists of approximately 10% shell, 58% white and 32% yolk. Neither the colour of the shell nor that of the yolk affects the egg’s nutritive value. The average egg provides approximately 313 kilojoules of energy, of which 80% comes from the yolk. Eggs contain every vitamin except vitamin C. They are particularly high in vitamins A, D, and B12, and also contain B1 and riboflavin. Eggs are a good source of iron and phosphorus and also supply calcium, copper, iodine, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium, zinc, chloride and sulphur.

Time required: Less than 20 minutes.

Preparation: Marinate the chicken for 20 to 25 min with ginger, garlic pest

Ingredients:

1 boil potato 1 egg ● 2 tbsp masala oats (roasted) 1 big onion (chopped) ● 3 to 4 green chillis (chopped) ● ½ tsp origano ● ½ tsp ginger past ● ½ tsp garlic pest ● 2 tbsp sesame seeds ● 2 tbsp butter ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste)

Procedure:
Step 1: Take a bowl and mashed the potato very well.

Step 2: Add onion, green chill, ginger pest, garlic pest, oats and oregano into the mashed potato.

Step 3: Bit the egg and mix in to the mixture.

Step 4: Add some salt and sugar and mix very well.

Step 5: Now rub your hand with some oil.

Step 6: Make them into a round shape (llike vada) and flatten them.

Step 7: Heat some butter in a pan.

Step 8: Coat the each vada into the sesame seeds and shallow fry into the butter until golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup and hot coffee.
