Sabudana Vada

Sabudana vada is so popular snacks among the Indian. It's crispy on the outside, spicy & delicious in the inside. Every ones love to eat, mostly the kids love it very much and it's very easy cook.

Time required: Less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
1 cup sago ● 2 potatoes (boiled) ● 3 to 4 green chilies (chopped) ● 1 tsp ginger pest ● 1 tsp garlic pest ● ½ tsp fennel seeds pest ● ½ tsp chilli flex ● 1 tsp cumin seeds pd (Roasted) ● 1 tbsp rice pd ● 1 tbsp kaju (cashew) (chopped) ● 2 tbsp coconut (grated) ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● Refined oil   

Procedure:


Before we start this recipe we need to prepare the sabudana. Once it’s prepare then it’s very easy to cook. Okay! Listen; soak the sabudana in water for about 30 minutes. After this follow the steps accordingly..

Step 1: Drain off excess water.

Step 2: Take a deep bowl and add sabudana, potato, coconut, onion, green chills, cashew, cumin seed, rice pd, ginger pest, garlic pest, fennel seeds pest, sugar & salt mix together.

Step 3: Now take some portion of the mixture in your hands and shape them into vadas.

Step 4: Heat sufficient oil into a pan. Fry the vadas till golden brown.

Now sabudana vada is ready to serve with a hot cup of tea. Hope you’ll enjoy it.
