Achari Rice

Hi Friends! Today I’m going to share with you another experimental recipe which I’m going to share with you. Name of this recipe is “Achari Rice”, it’s very simple recipe and easy to cook. Let me tell you how you can do it so quickly. 

Time required: Less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
2 cup boil rice  1 onion (chopped) ●  3 green chilli (chopped) ● ½ cup carrot (chopped) ● ½ cup green peas ● ¼ cup green beans (chopped) ● 8 to 10 kaju (cashew) (chopped) ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) cumin seed   ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) black paper ● 1 tbsp (table spoons) mix achar ● 2 dry chilli ● Salt (to taste) ● Sugar (to taste) ● Refined oil   

Procedure:
Step 1: 
Heat some oil in a pan; add dry chilli & cumin seed and fry 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 2:  Add onion, green chilli, beans, carrot, green peas one by one and add nuts. Now fry 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 3:  Add the rice on it and fry for few minutes then add achar, black paper, salt & sugar. Mix thoroughly. 

Step 4: Serve hot with salad.

This “Achari Rice” recipe will give you a refreshment taste from your regular rice. Do it at your home. Experiment with it and don’t forget to tell me your thoughts.
