Time required: Less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 2 cup boil rice ● 1 onion (chopped) ● 3 green chilli (chopped) ● ½ cup carrot (chopped) ● ½ cup green peas ● ¼ cup green beans (chopped) ● 8 to 10 kaju (cashew) (chopped) ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) cumin seed ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) black paper ● 1 tbsp (table spoons) mix achar ● 2 dry chilli ● Salt (to taste) ● Sugar (to taste) ● Refined oil
Procedure:
Step 1: Heat some oil in a pan; add dry chilli & cumin seed and fry 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add onion, green chilli, beans, carrot, green peas one by one and add nuts. Now fry 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the rice on it and fry for few minutes then add achar, black paper, salt & sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4: Serve hot with salad.
