Pane Cake


Today I am going to show you a recipe for breakfast. Name of this recipe is “Pane Cake”. You can easily cook this pane cake by common ingredients. It’s healthy, tasty & so easy recipe, which is fast to get on the table. Let’s start without wastage any time.

Time required: Less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
½ cup flour ● 1tbsp gram flour ● 1tbsp semolina ● 1 onion (chopped) ● 3 to 4 green chillis  (chopped) ● 2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped) ● 1tbsp carrot (chopped) ● ½ tsp kasuri methi ● ½ tsp ginger past ● ½ tsp chilli flakes ● 2 tsp Lemon juice ● A pinch of black seeds ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● Refined oil  

Procedure:


Step 1: Take a bowl and bit the flour, gram flour, semolina and water mix very well 

Step 2: Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, and carrot into it and mix together.

Step 3: At last add salt, ginger pest, kasuri methi, chilli flakes, lemon juice & sugar. Now mix all together & make a smooth batter.

Step 4: Heat some oil in a pan. Sprinkle the black seeds. Pour the batter by table spoon into the pan. Cook over a slow heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5: The batter looks dry on the top and begins to brown. Flip the pan cake and cook the second side until golden brown. 

Now cut it few slices. Serve hot with achar and salad.
