Time required: Less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 8 to 10 rasgulla ● 2 cup milk ● ½ cup mawa ● 1 cup rasgulla syrup ● ½ tsp (tea-spoon) cardamom pd. ● 3 tsp (tea-spoon) rose water ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) caster pd. ● 2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped kaju or cashew
Procedure:
Step 1: Mix the caster pd with ½ cup of milk, then boil it with rest of the milk for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2: Add mawa, rasgullas syrup, kajo & cardamom pd. And cook it another 2 minutes.
Step 3: Now take a rasgulla and pieces it two equal size. Do the same with the other rasgullas.
Step 4: Then add rasgullas pieces to the hot milk and let it remain 1 to 2 minutes more.
Step 5: Remove from the flame garnishing with kajo and pistachios.
Now your “Lovegla” is ready to serve. Okay! Now tell me isn't so easy?
