Besan Ka Halwa

Halwa or Halva refers to many types of dense, sweet confections, served across the world. Indian halwa contains carrots for most of the recipes. But “Besan Ka Halwa” is not containing any carrots. Don’t worries without carrots this sweet dish will be awesome! Believe me and follow these simple instructions.☺ 

Time required: Less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
2 cups gram flour ● 2 cup milk ● 1 cup mawa  ● ½ cup grated gur (Jiggery) ● ½ tsp (tea-spoon) cardamom pd ● 1tbsp (table spoon) ghee ● 1tbsp (table spoon) rose water ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) chopped kaju or cashew nuts ● 10 to 12 raisins.

Procedure:
Step 1: 
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the kaju & almonds until turns golden brown color.

Step 2: Take another pan and roast gram flour on law flame for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 3: Add gur, and continue to cook for few minutes then mix mawa.

Step 4: Add little bit of ghee and mix well. 

Step 5: Now we need to add milk, nuts & raisins into it and mix it very well. 

Step 6: Guys! We are almost done just need to add little rose water & cardamom pd and mix very well.

Step 7: Serve hot garnished with the cashew nuts & raisins. 

“Besan Ka Halwa” this is bit innovative sweet dish. Hope all you like it.
