Time required: Less than 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 16 slices bread ● ½ cup paneer ● 1 onion (chopped) ● 3 green chillis (chopped) ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) carrot (grated) ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) green peas ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) green beans (chopped) ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) cauliflower (grated) ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) cheese (grated) ● 8 to 10 kaju (chopped) ● 1 sp (tea-spoon) cumin seed pd ● 1 sp (tea-spoon) black paper ● 1 pinch black seeds ● Salt (to taste) ● Sugar (to taste) ● Refined oil
Procedure:
Step 1: Hit some oil in a pan add black seed.
Step 2: Add onion, green chills, kaju & beans one by one. Now fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add green peas, cauliflower & cheese. Now fry 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4: Next Add cumin seed pd, black paper salt sugar Now cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5: Wait 4 to 5 minutes for cooling.
Step 6: Take the slices and cut off the four sides each. (Just remove the reddish area from the each slice)
Step 7: Soak each slice, one at a time, in water for about few seconds. Squeeze out water by pressing between palms. Do it very gently. Place some of the mixture in the centre on one side and place another slice on the work top. Now press all the sides with your figure to ensure that the edges are well sealed.
Step 8: Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the rolls until golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Now cut the slice angular wise or you can choose any other shape.
