Baby Kima Roll

Roll is one of the famous street foods in India. Today my recipe is “Baby Kima Roll”. It’s modified dish from the regular the roll. It’s very tasty and easy to prepare.☺ 

Time required: Less than 40 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
200 gm chicken kima ● 3 eggs ● 4 cup flour ● 1 tbsp (table spoons) kaju (chopped) (cashew) ● 2 onions (chopped) ● 5 to 6 green chillis (chopped) ● 1 tomato (chopped) ● 1½ tsp (tea-spoon) ginger pest ● 1½ tsp (tea-spoon) garlic pest ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) black pepper pd ● 1 tbsp (table-spoon) lemon juice ● 2 tsp (tea-spoon) butter ● Salt (to taste) ● Sugar (to taste) ● Refined oil   

Procedure:
Step 1: 
Take a boll and make a soft dough with flour, oil, salt & water. Keep aside for some time. 

Step 2: Heat sufficient butter in a pan.

Step 3: Add onion & kaju fry for few minutes.

Step 4: Add ginger, garlic, green chilli & tomato fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add little bit of water.

Step 5: Add chicken kima and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 6: Add black pepper, salt & sugar.

Step 7: Divide the dough into some equal Roll and make some little paratha and cook them in flat pan. 

Step 8: Cook the paratha and keep in aside.

Step 9: Beat the egg with salt.

Step 10: Add the kima mixture on top of roti also add lemon juice as per taste.

Step 11: Heat some oil in a pan, roll the paratha and dip in to the egg batter and it cook for two minutes, and cook the other side for two minutes and take out from the frying pan.

Serve hot with salad.
