Time required: Less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 3 cup cauliflower (chopped) ● 2 cub brinjal (cubes) ● 2 eggs ● 2 onion (chopped) ● 1 tomato (chopped) ● 4 green chilli (chopped) ● 2 tbsp lemon juice ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) ginger pest ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) garlic pest ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) red chilli pd ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) Cumin seeds pd ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) black seed ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) ghee ● Refined oil
Procedure:
Step 1: Hit some ghee & oil in a pan and add black seed.
Step 2: Add onion and green chilli, cooked on medium heat till the onions colour comes golden brown.
Step 3: Add ginger & garlic pest, fry for 2 min. Add cumin seed pd, tomatoes and some salt. Cover the pan and cook few min till the tomatoes are done.
Step 4: Add cauliflower and brinjal and fry 5 to 7 minutes. After that cover the pan and cook few min.
Step 5: Take a bowl and bit the eggs with some salt.
Step 6: Now add red chilli pd, salt & sugar into it and mix it well.
Step 7: Add little bit of water and cook for 1 to 2 min.
Step 8: Reduce the flame. Add some ghee & lemon juice.
Serve cauliflower Bharta hot with paratha or plain rice.
