Phulkopir Bharta

Today’s my recipe is “Phulkopir Bharta”. Phulkopi means the Cauliflower. Bhartas made from all sorts of vegetables. Everyone has own personal taste if you like masaledar spicy variety of bharta then please add more spice as per your taste but here I tried to keep it general for every one..

Time required: Less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
3 cup cauliflower (chopped) ● 2 cub brinjal (cubes) ● 2 eggs ● 2 onion (chopped) ● 1 tomato (chopped) ●  4 green chilli (chopped) ● 2 tbsp lemon juice ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) ginger pest ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) garlic pest ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) red chilli pd ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) Cumin seeds pd ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) black seed ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) ghee ● Refined oil  

Procedure:


Step 1:  Hit some ghee & oil in a pan and add black seed.

Step 2: Add onion and green chilli, cooked on medium heat till the onions colour comes golden brown.


Step 3: Add ginger & garlic pest, fry for 2 min. Add cumin seed pd, tomatoes and some salt. Cover the pan and cook few min till the tomatoes are done.

Step 4: Add cauliflower and brinjal and fry 5 to 7 minutes. After that cover the pan and cook few min.

Step 5: Take a bowl and bit the eggs with some salt.

Step 6: Now add red chilli pd, salt & sugar into it and mix it well.

Step 7: Add little bit of water and cook for 1 to 2 min.

Step 8: Reduce the flame. Add some ghee & lemon juice.

Serve cauliflower Bharta hot with paratha or plain rice.
