Time required: Less than 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 1 cup Dalya ● 3 pieces katla fish ● 2 onion (chopped) ● 4 to 5 green chilli (chopped) ● 2 tbsp lemon juice ● 1 tsp ginger pest ● 1 tsp garlic pest ● 1 tsp red chilli pd ● 1 tsp Cumin seeds pd ● 1tsp red chilli pd ● 1 tsp fennel seeds (pest) ● ½ tsp cardamom pd ● 1 tbsp kaju (cashew) (chopped) ● 1 tbsp kaju (cashew) (pest) ● 1 tbsp (table spoons) soya sauce ● 1 tbsp vinegar ● 12 to 15 raisins ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● Refined oil
Procedure:
Step 1: Roast the daliya in a pan.
Step 2: Take a pressure cooker add roasted daliya, water & some salt.
Step 3: Close the lid of cooker and let 3 to 4 whistles come.
Step 4: After 4 whistles open the cooker lid.
Step 5: Take a cooked fish, remove the outer skin, bones and shred the fish into thin strips.
Step 6: Hit some oil in a pan add onion& green chilli, cooked on medium heat till the onions golden brown.
Step 7: Add ginger pest, garlic pest, fennel seeds pest & cumin seeds pd fry few min.
Step 8: Add fish strips cook for few min.
Step 9: Add kaju pest and mix very well, then add soya sauce, vinegar, salt & little bit of water.
Step 10: Mix the daliya into the pan add raisins & cardamom pd.
Garnish daliya with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon juice.
