Time required: Less than 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 3 pieces katla fish ● 2 cup spinach (chopped) ● 1 cup flour ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) rice pd
● 2 tsp (tea-spoon) Cinnamon pd (Roasted) ● 2 tsp (tea-spoon) Cardamom pd (Roasted) ● 2 tsp (tea-spoon) Cumin seeds pd (Roasted) ● ½ tsp (tea-spoon) chilli flex ● 1 tsp (tea-spoon) black pepper ● 2 tbsp (table spoons) soya sauce ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● Refined oil
Procedure:
Step 1: Take a cooked fish, remove the outer skin, bones and cut into cubes.
Step 2: Take a bowl and marinate the fish with cardamom pd (roasted), cinnamon pd (roasted), cumin seeds pd (roasted), chilli flex, black pepper, sugar, salt & soya sauce. Keep aside for 20 min.
Step 3: Take the flour, rice pd, salt & all roasted pd mix in a plate.
Step 4: Coat the each fish piece into the mixture and fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
Step 5: Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Fry the spinach with salt & pepper.
Sprinkle the spinach into the fried fish. Serve hot with salad.
