Rice Cutlet

Cutlet is a known name to everyone. But “Rice Cutlet”?  Yes! It’s something new. You can do it easily with the common ingredients which we normally use in our regular cooking. It’s healthy and tasty. Let’s start without wastage any time. ☺ 

Time required: Less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
● 
2 cup boil rice ● 1 egg ● 2 tsp (tea-spoon) nut (chopped) ● ½ cup milk ● ½ cup flour ● 1 onion (chopped) ● 4 to 5 green chills (chopped) ● 2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped) ● 1sp (tea-spoon) roasted cumin seed pd ● ½ sp (tea-spoon) oregano ● 10 to 12 raisins ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● Refined oil     

Procedure:
Step 1: Take a bowl and bit the egg then add rice mix very well 


Step 2: Add the flour & milk into it and mix together.

Step 3: Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seed pd, oregano, nuts one by one. And then salt & sugar as per taste. Now gently mix altogether.

Step 4: Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Take a portion of the mixture, shape into a rectangle. Press lightly and place the cutlet in the pan.

Step 5:
 Shallow fry till both the sides it until the colour comes to golden.

Now your “Rice Cutlet” is ready. Serve hot with salad.
