Time required: Less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
● 2 cup boil rice ● 1 egg ● 2 tsp (tea-spoon) nut (chopped) ● ½ cup milk ● ½ cup flour ● 1 onion (chopped) ● 4 to 5 green chills (chopped) ● 2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped) ● 1sp (tea-spoon) roasted cumin seed pd ● ½ sp (tea-spoon) oregano ● 10 to 12 raisins ● Sugar (to taste) ● Salt (to taste) ● Refined oil
Procedure:
Step 1: Take a bowl and bit the egg then add rice mix very well
Step 2: Add the flour & milk into it and mix together.
Step 3: Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seed pd, oregano, nuts one by one. And then salt & sugar as per taste. Now gently mix altogether.
Step 4: Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Take a portion of the mixture, shape into a rectangle. Press lightly and place the cutlet in the pan.
Step 5: Shallow fry till both the sides it until the colour comes to golden.
Now your “Rice Cutlet” is ready. Serve hot with salad.
